Samaria Foundation
Samaria
Foundation is the primary outreach ministry of GBI Antiokhia.
It
is through this foundation that we assist and reach
hundreds of people outside of our four walls. Some of
the ministries that we are actively involved in and
also working on providing in places all over Indonesia
are:
-
Feeding the poor
- Providing homes, shelter, clothes and other needs
for the poor
- Playgroups and other child oriented facilites
- Scholarships to people who cannot afford education
- School subject private tuition
- Language courses
As
part of the vision of GBI Antiokhia we freely provide
these services and others to people in various parts
of Indonesia with the aim that ultimately many
people will be reached with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
This is what makes us so different to other outreach
ministries. Our primary motivation for aiding and assisting
those in need is to share the love of Christ and see
people touched by that love in a very practical way.
This
foundation has close to zero administrative fees as the majority
of the staffing burden and other expenses are bourne by the
GBI Antiokhia branches. We aim to use the finances that are
received by this foundation in the best possible way and to
honestly distribute only to those who have a real need in
their lives.

Praying

We
know that this sort of ministry cannot continue to grow
and increase in its ability to reach lives without the
grace of God or the prayerful support of faithful believers.
