Praise
and worship is an extremely important ministry at GBI Antiokhia.
The word of God states that we should "Come before His
presence with singing" (Psalm 100) and that is exactly
what we aim to do in all of our weekly services.
Thursday
evening @ 6:00pm
Each Thursday evening our praise and worship team gathers
together at the Church for a time of teaching, training
and equipping in the word of God to ensure that we are
prepared and ready for the weekend Church services and
that each member continues to grow and increase in their
personal walk with the Lord. These nights generally
begin with a devotional time where a key member of our
team shares from the word of God and imparts their personal
revelations to the entire team. These are always powerful
moments of learning and receiving and being empowered
with the tools that we need to continue to be an effective,
unified body of extravagant worshippers.
We
then move on to our weekly rehearsal in which we practice
and refine old songs and learn new songs that are to
be sung in our services. Generally these rehearsals
become a praise and worship party and the Holy Spirit
moves mightily amongst our team, filling us with the
power and anointing that we require to be ministers
of song of the gospel of Jesus Christ. We all love the
presence of God so much and it is the desire of our
team to encounter Him each and every time that we come
together, whether it be for a midweek meeting, a church
service or simply fellowship with one another.
This
meeting is not exclusive to members of our team - anyone is
welcome.
Saturday
afternoon @ 4:30pm (Select Weeks of the Year)
This
is the time that we come together to learn from the
Word of God about the heart of worship and how to practically
live our lives for the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
We have practical sessions as well as teaching sessions
and the people are built up and enriched in the power

GBI Antiokhia worship team consists of:
- Key singers, worship leaders and backing vocalists
- Musicians
- The Antioch Choir
- Production crew involved in sound, video and lighting
- Creative team for stage appearance
